Recently got my first tattoo. I wanted my first to be simple yet still hold meaning to me. I view them as my Warrior Stripes, something I have to fight for or earn for myself everyday. The first band represents the things that I want, and the second what I have to do get the things that I want. Ultimately, they are a reminder to me that I don’t want to be handed things in life, I want to work for what I desire, and I want to know that I earned it.
I got my tattoo at Tattoo & Co. in Miami, FL. It was done by the amazing Vincent Vazconez. He does amazing line work, and I couldn’t be happier with my first tattoo experience. I would recommend the shop to anyone, everyone there does outstanding work.

i’ve always wanted something like this…
I made this maori as a tribute to my friends and family (but they don’t know it). It took 6 sessions to finish it, 24 hours in total.

This is my first tattoo. It is the Egyptian depiction of Orion (or as they called Osiris) above the Three Pyramids of Giza. I love mythology and astronomy and wanted to incorporate that into my tattoo. My mom and I share Orion as our favorite constellation. I did some research and found out that the three stars in Orion’s belt align perfectly with the three pyramids of Giza from an aerial view. I found this extraordinarily interesting! I brought the idea to my tattoo artist, Brian Reynolds in Atlanta, GA. He drew up this and i knew I was gonna be more than satisfied. I have received numerous complements on the tattoo for both quality and content. Since then I have returned to my artist and had my foot on the same leg done as well. I look forward to continuing getting tattooed by Brian.

This is my second tattoo. I got it because i saw the tree and loved it. The only problem was in the original picture the tree ended in landscape and i didn’t want that so i decided to get the heart to contrast the skull. I am a medic in the army and this tattoo reminds me that i hold others lives in my hands. The power of life or death. It was done by Cory at Sacred body works in massillon, OH. He did a fantastic job and i love it. (P.S. The heart beats when I flex my wrist)
